how to calibrate the sensor ?

I taped a bit of black electrical tape over the sensors since they’re too sensitive lol! Seriously.

This is going into a wooden range hood. Cabinet builder recommends a liner. I cant locate on for this model, is there one available?

We installed it in custom made white wooden cabinets. No mention was made of needing a liner and I took it to the cabinet make for him to size it correctly. It fit well, it's quite and works great. We love it.

Hi can someone tell me the cfm's when using as ductless?

This unit has 4 cfm speeds: 300, 420, 550 & 900. Per manual specifications.

What is the rough in hole to cut out in cabinet or framing to install this unit?

That information comes in the installation instructions, but the rectangular hole is approximately 10 1/4"×29 5/8".
