Jabra EXTREME2 Bluetooth Headset - Retail Packaging - Black/Silver (Renewed)

I've bought about 4 of these. Not because they break or wear out, but because I tend to misplace them. I always go back to this one. It's the best one I've found. The only thing that could be improved a bit is the volume could be a little louder. It's great though for every day use.

I cannot recommend the seller, A17 GROUP, or this item (Jabra Extreme2, no longer manufactured). The common complaints (low microphone volume, caller can't hear you) are still prevalent when purchasing the Jabra Extreme2 from this seller. The seller also includes an Amazon Renewed brochure which promises a warranty up to 1 year vs. 90 days. When calling the seller's phone number, there is no outgoing greeting message and, after calling several times, replied via a TEXT message response to contact Amazon for warranty service. Amazon referred me to contact Jabra. Jabra replied that because this seller is NOT a Jabra-approved seller, no warranty applies. Will update this review if customer service improves.

I dislike this product very much nobody can hear me when I'm trying to make a call or I'm receiving calls I had to put this away it's a bad product please do not waste your time or your money

I guess I should find one for sale that's brand new! I've been using Jabra Extreme 2 earpieces for over 5 plus years and always loved how good they work. This is the 3rd time I've purchased this earpiece from Amazon, and I now believe that refurbished means "it's still not going to work properly". It may work a month or so, then it won't hold a charge and does within 30 minutes or less. And it waits until I can no longer return it before it shows it's TRUE effectiveness. So frustrating!

Didn't last a month. Don't recommend! Waste of money!
