Great for hair and skin
I am loving this oil it is not only good for your hair but also your skin and nails I usually mix this with olive oil and put fresh rosemary in the bottle. The rosemary gives it a nice smell and is good for you hair also.

Smells gross, but it is supposed to.
Fenugreek has many benefits to the body. Internally and externally there's some pretty amazing research behind it. I'll take a dropper full at the same time as some black oil but I couldn't possibly tolerate the smell on my skin. Minus a star because Hemani is not transparent about the quality and ingredients of their products.
