Muy mala calidad de los accesorios

Compre este juguete para mi hija en navidad y cuando lo recibimos vimos q se le caía el pelo y a las gafas se le caían las patillas. Escribí al fabricante dos veces, Adjuntando fotos tal y como me dijo el chico por teléfono, y a fecha de hoy no he recibido ninguna noticia. Malo el producto y peor atención al cliente.
