Stopped working after 6 months. Getting through to Amazon or Heaven Bird UK impossible for me. Also during the time it worked the air tube kept popping off. So effectively you only get a 30day guarantee.

Purchased to replace a broken ozone generator we had before. Unfortunately this product did not work. We tested both with and without water, to ensure it's not just us missing the airflow for some reason. But nothing was coming from the outlet. Returned for a refund. On the upside: The seller was very good at resolving the issue. Free return via a prepaid postage label with Royal Mail. I checked with the seller if they received the item a few days later and they confirmed, very polite and issued refund immediately. Can't complain in that regard.

Lovely item definitely worth to buy for this price. Clean bad smell in house while clean water.

this is a basic ozonator but it does the job,comes with 3 diffusers and tubes and 3pin uk plug. Not had it long enough to rate its durability but it is certainly an improvement on the taste of tap water.

Excellent bang-for-the-buck ratio. Very useful to sanitize and improve drinking water, washing away chemicals and pesticides sticking to the external shell of fruits and veggies, remove and annihilate trace amounts of chemicals, hormones, and antibiotics from cooking meats. Last - but not least - improves and disinfects the breathing air indoors, acting as a very effective germs killer plus a proven mold reducer and suppressor.

Arrived with no instructions. How long do we need to add ozone to the water? Is it safe to drink? How does one get it to lose the odd taste? Has now stopped working but past the three months to return it and I do not seem to be able to complain. Seriously unimpressed. DO NOT waste your money buying one of these.

Almost noiseless, adeguate O3 output more than 600 mg/h = value for money, 15 minutes on and it provides already a good air treatment over medium size room. It came with all the relevant accessories for food sanitisation, however it is meant for manual operations only. By turning the central knob you get from 1 to 60 minutes O3, then it will switch off automatically. Unfortunately you can't use an external electric timing socket to set up let's say a 5 minutes auto cycle because the manual timer once is activated does not stop its count down regardless of your automatic socket switching on or off the electricity feed.
