I have asthma so i'm looking for the one that will work best** A: Well I have the O2 trainer and I've researched some comparison videos if you have asthma probably both are gonna give you a little bit of trouble but I saw on one of the videos that the elevation training mask makes it difficult to breath out which according to bass rutten O2 trainer video isn't as conducive to your training one of the positives about the mask though however is that you don't have to wear the nose clamp thingy on the O2 trainer on the higher levels you WILL have to in order for it to work at it's optimum capacity.
