I want 75 mtrs in one continuous run. do i order 3x25mtrs? what i don’t want to receive is 3 separate 25 mtr cables

This cable comes in 25m and 50m reels I believe; they don't come in (you can't get) 75m rolls. You'd have to ask if they supply 100m reels and get them to cut 75 from that. They do sell 50m reels I don't think they sell 100m reels...

is this suitable for 10 gang extension lead?

Yes this is the full UK socket power limit and is suitable for multi gang extensions, protected at the plug with a 13A fuse. Andrew
