Excellent quality
Im a frequent user of Mina Moroccan Lemon's (usually I buy them somewhere else and its my first time buying it on amazon). Im used to cook Moroccan food so i know a good preserverd lemon from a bad one. Mina's lemong are the best you can find in the USA. I often bought the small batch and for the first time bought the big jar. My local ups damaged it at delivery so I contacted directly "Mina's Morocco" via amazon and they fixed the issue for me. Im really happy. I would recommand this product and not only for Moroccan food. You can use the preserved lemon's for many dishes.

Quite mild and thin skinned and small lemons
Quite small lemons with pretty thin dried skins. Since the skin is what one minces for use as a condiment, it can require several for a meal, and they are quite mild in taste.Not nearly as good as what I make at home from my own little variegated lemon tree, just handy when I run out of home made.

Addicting!
These are great with all kinds of food, not just tajine. We've started having them with every meal, and yes, in martinis in place of olives!

Too big to ship.
This is a great item to cook with. But this large plastic bucket is too large and too unstable to ship. The first time I ordered it was destroyed in rout. The second time it arrived but was leaking. Shipping would require special treatment that was not used during the two times it was shipped to me.

These are as authentic as you can get.
I absolutely love Moroccan food. I have been to Morocco several times and I couldn’t find the same quality preserved lemons. I had taken to preserving my own lemons. These hit the mark. They are very good, not as good as mine or those you buy at a Moroccan market, but close, very close!

Not what I expected.
Product arrived spoiled with a broken seal. There is visible mold inside the container of lemons. They smell off.
