Unable to use. Even though description said it came with charging cable,there is none. Unable to use. Charges thru headset port. Cant locate charger

i initally bought this player for the size and price, and i was very pleased for about 5 months, but suddenly my computer would not recognize it. apparently, from reading a few blogs, its a common prob., and when i tried calling mobiblu's toll free number for cust. service, the inbox was full. sure, the 1 year warranty is good on paper, but good luck trying to claim it. BUYER BEWARE~!!!

I've had my Mobiblu for about 6 months and it works great. I did have a problem, like I noticed in some of the other reviews, with songs not playing. I tried sending an email to the company, but I never got a response. Finally after trying several things, like recopying songs back on to it and reformatting - I finally read where it says you can only have 50 folders including subfolders. While I only had 20-something folders, each of those folders had a separate sub-folder for each artist CD. To solve the problem, for artists that had several songs I gave them their own folder, but I made sure I didn't have separate folders for each CD for the same artist. For artists that I only had 1 or 2 songs for, I put in a common Various Artists folder. I now have the same 20-something folders, but no sub-folders and every song now plays. I use it a lot around the house and at the gym. It does bounce when running, but I just put inside my shirt and I don't have a problem. I picked it because it was small and attractive and easy to use and I'm still happy with it.

Radio works with bad reception, Mp3 player does not work at all/ When you download music to it, it cannot find any songs.

These are not being made any more so lots of bugs and unfixable quirks, battery and connection issues

This is a great MP3 player!! I love mine which I have had for 3 months now. First of all, if you dont want something you can wear around your neck, then of course, don't buy this, get something bigger with a belt clip. The screen on this is very easy to read considering the small size of the player. the battery life is good, also considering its size. It will not have a 24 hr batter. Apple doesnt even have that with any of theirs and they're a lot bigger. Battery usually lasts me about 2 weeks, however, i use mine on my way to class or on jogs. Usually at about 1 hour a day. According to the manual it should last approximately 10 hours. The side dial takes alitle getting used to, but works great and doesnt take too long to get used to. Cosmetically, the case could be improved. It seems to take away from the "cool" factor. Instead of protecting it, it just covers up the corners and makes it look wierd. This thing is cool though, I've gotten plenty of compliments from people about.
