Seems to work well! But have to take 2 apparently
Always nervous to try a new brand lol. I didn't have any response at all after taking this, so that's great! My only reservation is that the single dose is 2 capsules vs 1 capsule with the brands I'm used to.

Great price for gluten enzymes
I use these supplements for eating out when I'm not sure if I've been exposed to gluten. (I have a sensitivity, not allergy/Celiac). They are a great price and seem to help with digestion and inflammation as much as the more expensive enzymes.

It works for me
I don’t take them everyday but when I have taken it and eaten gluten it helped tremendously. I was pleasantly surprised.

Work well, but have to take 2 instead of 1 like other brands

They help if you accidentally get glutened
I am gluten intolerant & these do help if I get ahold of some gluten.
