We have two beagles. Most toys last literally about 30 minutes. Some, 30 seconds. I have purchased EVERY "Tough" dog toy there is and none of them last. NONE of them. ....Until I got a few of these goDog toys. I got a Gator, and elephant and a T-Rex because they were relatively cheap. They were a few bucks more than the super tough toys at Petscomart. I wasn't expecting much. Maybe a few days if I was lucky? I bought them for Christmas 2016 and they are STILL ALIVE! At least one gets chewed on EVERY DAY. Our Beagles LOVE them. They try hard to break the stitching so that they can get to the squeaky heart, but they cannot. These toys are TOUGH! I don't actually know what Chew Guard Technology is, but it is awesome. As a test, I bought an $15 "tough" toy at Petscomart just to be sure they were still going after the toys with the same gusto. Sure enough, they had it eviscerated within the hour! Fluff everywhere! Proof, at least to me, that these goDog toys are actually TOUGH! I paid full price for these. I have never been in contact with the company. I'm not getting paid in any manner for this. I just would like those with beagles (or any other dog that eviscerates their toys immediately) to know that these toys last! ....that tough toys DO exist! Just reviewed my order from 12/9/2016 and found I also bought a triceratops and a flying pig whose service has yet to be required because the other ones are STILL INTACT!

We've bought three of these at this point, although that's no fault of the manufacturing. The first one the puppy destroyed, but only because it was her first toy ever after being adopted and she basically worked out all of her anxiety on this one large sized gator toy. It was subjected to far more chew strength and gnawing than any of her toys since. The second one we bought her would probably have lasted indefinitely, except it got used for tug of war and a seam ripped. As soon as the pup saw that tear it was game over, she turned the tear into a gaping hole at which point we had to throw it out. For the third one, we got the XL version and she loves it. She carries over the love she had for the first two smaller versions to this bigger one, and treats it like a teddy bear (granted, a teddy bear whose head she gnaws on while she relaxes, but still). But even after an intense gnawing session, when you pick up the toy, you'd never know it. The fabric used on these things is live kevlar for dog teeth. Assuming no one makes the tug of war mistake again, she should have this one for a loooong time.

DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO BUYING THIS DISPOSABLE CHEW TOY! I bought it for my 7 month old German Shepherd mixed rescue based on previous comments -- I had to double check for a "SUCKER" tattoo on my forehead. In less than 15 minutes my dog had removed one arm, ripped open a seam, and pulled out half the stuffing. The adjectives slapped on this item are 100% false -- it is NOT sturdy, NOT durable. It did have a squeaker -- but I had to get it away from the dog before he ate it! Again -- DO NOT BUY THIS "TOY"! I'd give it ZERO stars if I could...

Compared to other dog toys I have bough, this one actually lasts. To start off, I gave 4 stars, because compared to other large toys this toy seems more like a small or medium toy at best. I expected it to be as large as toys that I have seen at the pet shop. In terms of the quality, it is hands down the most durable toy for a teething pup. Ollie has managed to destroy multiple toys but for the first time he has not been able to rip the gator apart. He loves to play fetch with the gator and try to chew through and break it apart, but thankfully he has not been able to make a cut.

This is a very sturdy toy as discovered by my very aggressive chewing Afghan Hound. He has had it about a month, and it is still in great condiiton. He even chews into the "fire hose" toys, and they are ragged in a week. He has the pink alligator, and it is surviving to see more play days. I will order a spare.

I had the highest hope for this one, looked solid and sturdy but my mini poodle managed to rip it up in just 2 days!

Sehr schönes 🤩 Spielzeug 🧸! Mittlerweile über 1 Jahr und immer noch wie neue!!!!! Sehr gute Verarbeitung und gar kein chemisches Geruch nach dem auspacken!!!!! Unsere Bordeauxdogge spielt (kaut) gerne daran und dieses Spielzeug ist wirklich sehr stabil!!!
