This is a holster that can be attached to an existing outer garment. Simply attach the supplied Velcro patch to you own jacket, coat or vest with the included high strength adhesive. Wait until the adhesive has cured and attach the holster to the Velcro patch. Works on most jacket materials. Will not work well on a material that is made from a very slick fabric. Works very well on materials that are textured and porous. Can be removed easily by just pulling the 2 pieces of Velcro apart. Can also be moved to another jacket, coat or vest with the optional Holster Mount Kit (HM01). Review: Holster - The holster could use more Velcro or stronger Velcro all around. Other than that can’t complain for the price it’s nice. Review: Glue? - I tried to install this holster in my good Winter coat with the safety pins provided, which was not even close to handling the weight of my pistol. They provided a tube of glue, which was supposed to be slathered on the back of the holster before installing, which I was not about to do. So the entire holster is useless to me because I am not about to add glue to the interior of my coat. Had they mentioned that- I would not have placed the order in the first place, so I will continue to search for my answer to a gun carry in my good coat.
