Its a wrist watch without the belt fitted in the marble.

How to change batteries. Is it open any side.

Its very easy to change the batteries...you just have to pull out the dial and then its just like any other dial or watch..just remove the back cap and replace the battery. Also you can adjust the time with the key...juat like any other dial.
