The only issue is the belt clip screws coming loose **Q: If I swing it I can here something rattle is it just mine or what?** A: Something is definitely wrong. This knife is so stiff that nothing rattles. **Q: is the top a saw blade and how do you carry it so it doesn't cut you with the top?** A: Yes is is a saw blade, but the way the teeth are cut, I don't think it will cut you.
