I specifically prefer the slot/pocket behind the card slots. That allows me to put in a few folded bills for emergency. My purpose for using this is to have my drivers license and a bit of emergency cash with me with I go hiking, biking, or walk the dog. I can grab this from my purse easily and do not have to always be transferring stuff to my bike bag or hip pack. I remove it when done and throw it in my purse, where I have a second wallet that is for my credit cards and store cards. May seem silly to have two wallets, but I don't want my credit cards with me when I am hiking/biking/walking the dog in case it gets lost, dropped or stolen. All I have to replace is my ID and I am only out a bit of cash.This also fits in my pockets - front or back. The zippered section is good for coins and you could put cards in there if you didn't want them in the slots.The quality is OK, the leather is not all that supple and is likely a low grade, but nothing great but at this price I do not expect it to. Generally good quality from what I could tell. I like the keychain can stay inside the zippered pouch since my keys don’t fit in the pouch and would crowd my pocket. All my cards fit perfectly in the outside pockets. The zippers pouch will fit some more cards, but I would recommend using it for coins or cash or receipts or what have you instead of cards because the zipper does not open as far as the pouch is wide. Makes it difficult to get cards into and out of the pouch. Other than that, I love this product.
