Totally in love w/this Martin house. Well built. I stained it white sealed it. I bought their steel pole. Ny Son put it up for me. We saw the Martin scout on it 4 days later. Hoping the rest of his family shows up soon😉❤️

I cant say anything negative about my experience with this item, however, when i was reading the reviews, some people reported a damaged product. I was concerned about that, and thankfully mine arrived in perfect condition. I will say this, it wasn’t packaged with any type of protective material. I figured this, if my package was damaged, i knew i could get a new one the next day. It’s a very sturdy birdhouse, just buy it! You’ll be happy! And its made in the USA!
