where on the packaging is the code.. on mine sticker had serial number ( same as on the back of the lock) instead of code. How I supposed to open it?

My number was taped to the back of the lock. You might need to return it, if the number is not there.

Is this a full-size combination lock or the smaller one?

I am not sure what you mean by a "full-size" lock. There is only one size that I sell. The dimensions are: .8 of an inch deep x 2.91 inches tall x 1.89 inches wide. I hope this is helpful.
