Ok first of all myself Taqi Singh Khalsa I HV been taking this soy protein for exactly 2 years from now. Let me tell you everything regarding this soya protein. First when we got to know that our body needs protein and that is exactly 1 gram of protein per kg of body weight so we started to eat eggs (I am saying we because me and my big brother both take protein and he is my mentor also 😏😎) so after few months we were tired of eating eggs we would need to eat a lot of eggs to maintain our body so what we did we started to look for something cheaper option so we started to take badam (peanut) and for better digestion or should I say efficiency we grind it in the grinder and then started to take it like protein powder in milk but after sometime that was also getting too much cause we need to take half kg of peanut per day and that was going out of hand we could not eat anything any food just protein ( protein is like oxygen to us if we don't take it will give us huge tension that why haven't be took it yet ). So one day what happened my middle brother ordered this soya protein and when we asked him how much price of the soya protein is he said it's very cheap it was about 545 rupees kilo so me and my big brother both decided to go for this product so we order this and then our journey started from September 2020.
