Can i download Roblox on a Ipod 7 generation?

You can download any app or game that you can find on the Apple Arcade or app sites. Just remember that unlike most android based tablets (Amazon fire, Samsung) it comes with only the memory and hard drive space purchased with the device, you cannot add a micro sd card for example.

The capacity of 256Gb is large. How many songs it would hold depends obviously, on the length of the songs, but more importantly in what format you store them. If you store them as 128mbs MP3 files you can store literally tens of thousands. If you store them in lossless CD quality, divide that estimate by 10. If you want to store in audiophile quality, that would further reduce your capacity. Even if you have a very large catalog, you should have room for most if not all of it.

I was hoping to use this for Whatsapp, Tiktok, etc. but apparently it won't work - what are you using this for if it can't call/ no social media?

The iPod must have a Wi-Fi connection for streaming apps to work. I use mine exclusively for music and have loaded it with an extensive library so that I can listen to my music where Wi-Fi isn’t available or too slow.
