Pantry Staple - Cheedar Cheese Powder
This is an excellent cheese powder to have in your pantry as it is convenient and shelf stable. We have used it in various ways: Mac and cheese and sprinkled on popcorn/broccoli/potatoes. My kids particularly like it because they can control the โcheesinessโ of their food. The flavor is rich and smooth. I would recommend if you use to make a โsauceโ such as for making mac and cheese, I would either add a little warm milk or pasta water to help the powder dissolve so it does not become clumpy. For storage, you can just keep in the container it comes in but keep in mind every time the container is opened it is introducing moisture into it and over time the cheese can become a little clumpy. The clumpy texture does not seem to affect taste at all but may just look more like slightly wet sand after a while. If you are able to keep in a more airtight container this may help with this. Overall, I this is an excellent product that my family enjoys and I have purchased multiple times.

Powder Cheddar Cheese
I like this cheddar cheese powder on my shell pasta and even on my chicken noddle soup for that cheese flavor, makes the soup take better.

Great for Vegetables and Sauces, Not Ideal for Dry Uses
Iโve been using this item regularly for several months, mainly to add flavor to vegetables like spinach and steamed broccoli, and Iโve repurchased it multiple times. Where it works best is with foods that already have some moisture. The powder mixes in easily and effectively turns into a cheese-like coating or sauce. Itโs especially useful for vegetables that tend to hold extra water, since it absorbs that moisture rather than making the texture soggier like melted cheese can. The flavor is rich and satisfying, and I often prefer using a slightly heavier amount for a stronger cheese taste. One important limitation is that it doesnโt work well on dry foods by itself. It wonโt stick if you try to sprinkle it on something like popcorn unless you add moisture separately. It works better when combined with water rather than acting as a dry seasoning. Nutritionally, itโs about what youโd expect from a cheese powder. It's not quite the same as real cheese, but thatโs typical for this type of product. Overall, this is a very effective and convenient option for adding cheese flavor to moist foods, especially vegetables.

Kraft mac n cheese powder!
Do you love Kraft mac n cheese, with it's radioactive-looking orange cheese powder? You know you do, and so do I. This stuff is perfect for sprinkling on popcorn, gives it a nice, cheezy taste, and your fingers will be just as orange as if you ate a whole bag of Cheetos. Ramen with a little butter and milk, and VOILA! Cheese ramen. All told, pretty good product, a little pricey, but they do give you a decent amount, and I'm able to cheezify just about anything, now.

Cheesiest cheese popcorn - orange-stained fingers
I think I'm going to end up with permanently orange-stained fingers. There's no help for it. This cheese powder is so delicious and cheesy on popcorn that I can't stop eating it. On nights when I've had a lot of errands to run and shopping to do during that day, I'm often too tired to deal with making dinner. But, I'm always up for a tub of popcorn. You can use microwave popcorn, but I think it has a yucky artificial butter flavor. I prefer to pop it on the stove top in a heavy sauce pan with a vented lid (so steam doesn't build up on the inside of the lid and create soggy or tough popcorn) or use my microwave popper that only uses 2 tbs of oil to pop 1/4 cup of kernels. (Because it uses so little oil, I feel less guilty about the butter I add later.) However, either method produces equally tasty popcorn. I prefer white or black corn to yellow because the hulls are smaller, they shatter more easily, and there are far fewer of them. They also have more nooks and crannies for butter and cheese powder to cling. It's also crisper than yellow. So I add my oil and corn, and pop until the popping slows to a second or two between pops and then I dump it in a large bowl. I like to use either coconut oil or bacon fat because of the added flavor they give. There's the same number of calories in canola, peanut, corn, or coconut oil as there are in bacon fat, so use what appeals to you. I particularly like bacon fat if I have some on hand because it just goes so well with the cheese. Haven't you ever added bacon to your mac and cheese? To get the cheese powder to cling well, you need to add some kind of oily topping, such as a spritz of butter-flavored cooking spray or 2 or 3 tbs of butter. You can put your cheese powder in a leftover empty and thoroughly cleaned spice shaker, and generously shake cheese powder over your popcorn until it's as orange as you want it. (You could also use a slotted spoon and simply shake a few giant spoonfuls on your popcorn.) Stir it up thoroughly or shake it in a bag to coat every kernel. Take a gigantic handful for a taste test. Add more cheese if you think you need to but be careful of the salt level. Once it has achieved its ideal level of cheesiness, run and hide with it. You'll want to hoard it. Popcorn made with this cheese powder is even good leftover the next day. This will be by far the best cheese popcorn you've ever had. You can't buy a microwave cheese-flavored product anywhere nearly as good. There is certainly no pre-popped packaged popcorn as good. It only takes a few minutes to make. I used to make it by stealing the pack of powdered cheese out of boxed mac and cheese. That cheese is wimpy compared to this. It's just so much cheesier, with an authentic cheddar taste. You'll eat this so often and in such quantities that you'll wear the brand of a cheddar-pophead: permanently orange-stained fingers.

Just okay, not my favorite
The flavor is pretty average and not as rich as I expected. It also has a slightly artificial taste, almost like thereโs a lot of coloring or additives. It works in a pinch, but I probably wouldnโt repurchase.

THE INCREDIBLE TASTE WILL KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF! ITโS THAT GOOD!
Incredibly delicious and satisfying! I have some health issues that prevent me from eating cheese so I decided to give this a try. I put in on popcorn, eggs, and a wide variety of veggies. It is SO YUMMY! I will DEFINITELY BE PURCHASING AGAIN!

Yummy on popcorn!
This is so good for sprinkling on hot popcorn just cooked in coconut oil, with the dash of popcorn salt. And if you feel a little spicy, try sprinkling some Truff oil in the coconut oil just before popping starts, youโre welcome ๐

Great! All the way from America
Not too strong cheese powder in a handy dispenser... but it comes from the USA so I had to wait longer than expected, this was not made clear in the advertisement at the time. Makes lovely mac and cheese! I mix it with stilton cheese powder (bought on Amazon) which is a bit stronger.
