No exactly but it would work. The mango is a better tasting sauce than the chamoy, this is atypical for me to say as I love chamoy. Would buy both again.

Is this sauce thin/watery or is it thick/sticky?

It's not watery not to thick not sticky either I guess I can compare the texture to a taco bell sauce package but not the taste. Hope this helps

How many grams of sugar are in these? The labels say 0, but the ingredients says there's sugar...

It does say zero and that is probably because there are trace amounts of sugar but not enough to equal a carb, but they have to list all ingredients. It’s that or their label is wrong. 😩
