Test your body's Ph level in seconds in privacy of your home for pennies! - These Ph strips are a very easy way to keep track of one's Ph levels, and the free alkaline food chart that's sent via email after you purchase them is a very helpful accompanying tool . It's amazing how small changes in diet can put your body's Ph level into an alkaline or acidic range. Taking medications can also have an effect on one's Ph level (often making one acidic) , Having these strips handy can make it easy to see actual proof of how important the foods we eat (and even the type of water we drink) can make a difference in our health and wellness. Having a highly acidic Ph level can cause fatigue,or make us more prone to sickness. Do yourself a favor and Google Ph levels and human health; then invest pennies in these Ph strips and keep track of your Ph levels as part of your path to wellness! Review: 5 stars from 70 yr old grouch - I love keeping charts and when realised PH is incredibly important determining good health since have read peeps who die of cancer 100% are acidic low below normal PH looked forward to these. Especially the PH strips I received before these went from like 3 to 14 and Greek to me. My top color matched 7.25 chart color almost exactly and the bottom very green but assume its the correct green. Easy for me to pick up more than one strip at a time. Haven't figured out how to get the foods alkaline chart yet. Checked baking soda and water mix and lemon and both very where they are supposed to be alkaline and acid. Number my strips and keep them don't know if it meaningful.

Seems to works just fine
This product seems to work just fine (like other reviewers, I have nothing to compare it to - I've read many of the other reviews). The container is not difficult to open but I am careful when opening so as not to spill the strips. The strip colors of the completed test match the pH results guide just fine, so it is easy to see what the results are. After I received the package, I received an email with PDFs of the alkaline/acid food chart and the log to track results which are both very nice. One odd thing - which is why I gave the product 4 stars instead of 5 - is that the instructions on the labels (plastic container and box) and the food chart have a few misspelled words. There is nothing on the package about where the product is manufactured - perhaps English is not the first language there? Hope this helps.

good product
this strips are really good and easy to use, love it! Price is excellent, i had similar strips before but much more expansive. This is just the same for a less money!

Not possible to read the pH values, while reading litmus strips turned out to be easy and cheaper
BluPure went the extra mile in including a food chart, though I already had a favorite and don't remember how well I liked BluPure's. These strips by BluPure and those by Piping Rock seem identical except in the print on the paper part of the packaging. There is logic in choosing a strip that "reads" to a smaller interval, as opposed to one with only whole number intervals, but in practice I couldn't read these to even 1 or 2 whole numbers, making them totally useless. (I tried both BluPure and Piping Rock and found them, and even the tight fitting plastic box, identical.) There was no matching the resultant colors, not even one of the two squares per use. I never had a clue how to read them, and tossed them out. (I kept the lower part of one plastic box to hold a few mini index cards on my desk, and the other one to hold flossie sticks for tooth cleaning. Not a total loss.) What do I now use instead? I found a different product, sold by two sellers,1-14 pH strips, to be very easily read, and easily read to more accuracy than one whole number. (And very cheap, plus you can double the amount by cutting them in half.) Example of reading: "This is clearly higher than 7 but much closer to 7 then 8--I'll call this a 7.2." The color match is right on and "saturated" so you can imagine the possible range of hues between the whole numbers shown in the chart. That's NOT the case with the product I'm reviewing here. Of course, somewhere around 6 (not sure exactly, offhand) the unused litmus strip color itself matches the way it will look when used at that pH, so a person who thinks those strips don't work should question that that might actually be a correct pH indication, and stick the strips in something of known alkalinity (baking soda solution for instance) or higher acidity to get reassurance that the color does change according to pH.

I question their accuracy
I tested my urine this morning and it was registering about 6.0, but when I used a digital reader on the same urine, it registered as 5.10... Really not sure how accurate these are. I've been testing my urine for months using these strips and I'm always between a 5.75-6.5 regardless of what I ate. Only once ever have I seen a 7.0. 3 stars because I can't verify one way or the other, but at least they're cheap! Although, I'd recommend just buying the digital reader... I think I got one of those on Amazon for about $15.

You had a very good price on them as well
These PH strips definitely work and they are accurate. I check them against a commercial PH tester and they are RIGHT ON. Thanks. You had a very good price on them as well. I intend to purchase more.

Frustrating is a good word for trying to work with this product
Frustrating is a good word for trying to work with this product. Above all the negatives, the most is that the color chart never matched any of the colors on the strips that I used. Not even close. I had to determine if the top color was more important than the bottom color. My result colors for the week were pretty much the same, but they did not come close to matching the top and bottom colors on the chart. AND there is no explanation or helpful hints in the package to help me make the proper choice. I could not find anything online to help either. The box is not a good design for these thin strips which too easily pop out onto counters and floors. I used the chart for a week to see if it was a helpful aid and it could be if I write very very tiny. - so overall the design of the form could use some work, and the size needs to be more appropriate to real life writing. thx Mary L
