First Used electrosis to remove rust from old axe. Then Got this handle but I measured the size wrong, (my fault). It was an easy trim with a little sanding to make the axe head fit perfectly. Quality wood handle replacement product, American Hickory. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is big for a 1.25 lb axe *by H***O on February 7, 2022* I should have measured the head before buying so I ended up shaving down to fit my axe head. I just don't see how any mfg would make an axe head this big for a 14" handle... but oh well. So far the wood is holding up.
