What's the difference between this switch and and one that retails for $299?

The second version was a slot in replacement for the first version at the same $299 price point. The OLED has an MSRP of 349.99 and the Lite has an MSRP of 199.99, the it's no reason why the V2, which retails at $299.99 should still be $299.99 as a refurbished item. If you have the funds for this, just buy a new Switch V2, it's the same price. Don't buy this. Amazon should be ashamed for doing this...

No, the HAC-001 will be past the warranty period. You will rely on the seller to replace the item if needed.

1st these are V2 model Switches, 2nd offers of V2 models vary when in stock, walmart for instance asking $600+ for V2 models! The lower prices your referring to are V1 prices or old V2 prices not adjusted due to ne restocks. I can confirm these are authentic V2 models as I purchased 1 for myself and another as a gift.
