Does "Universal;" mean I can connect a ¾" pipe hose universal coupler to a 1" pipe hose universal coupler? or do they have to be the same size?

You can adapt the end with the threads to whatever size you need. But the end that clips together has to be the same size. Hope this will help!

Yay the claw parts are all the same!

This during worked well with the mating connectors and made it much easier to blow out the sprinklers. I was glad to learn that the claw parts are all the same so you can mix and match.

I like how it held air without leaking. I disliked that I had to use a bigger wrench than the Dixon it replaced for the hex flats. 1mm less and a 12" Crescent would fit.
