It’s naturally gluten free, vegan and non gmo, but with no certification. Sulfites occur naturally. They are not added.

How long has this balsamic been aged?

The current EU regulations on IGP Aceto Balsamico di Modena (as this is) do not allow an ageing to be stated. We could guess between 4-8 years.
