Sloppy Unlock
Terrible. NOT clean unlock. Still has Verison software and everything is in different language - not English. Going to send it back if not eay fix.

phone works fine and software problems can be fixed
There are problems with the verizon software .. specifically the Visual Voicemail app. It won't run or update. The work around to to install the app with samsung APK found at apkMirror website. Software is specific to Android version. Other than that the phone and the camera are awesome. This phone is plug and play for the Verizon network.

Nice android
Bought this for an elderly man my sister takes care of. He is very difficult but this phone hit the mark for him. Easy to use and perfect size. For an android it’s not bad.

This was a remake. It did not work. The tech could only make it buzz and flash.
Took it to the store to have it synced with my current phone, would not turn on only buzzed and the light flashed continually. Finally ran out of juice.

Useless locked Verizon phone for sell
Product was not unlocked and was useless. Was not able to be returned for refund. Was a waste of $82.10 . Product is locked to the Verizon network and they refuse to assist me because it was purchased from Amazon from a refurbished provider
