This is a very simple to use device that gives you your BAC either in a standalone configuration or in an APP configuration. If you use the APP, you can save your data and compare it with other users anonymously! I still don't think anyone should use any device like this to tell them when they should or should not be driving under the influence of alcohol! This is more to control having headaches and hangovers the next day. What I really loved about it was the fact that you get a little booklet explaining the way the BAC is calculated and gives you clear advice on the impact of alcohol on your health. All in all, a great purchase! I am so happy with it!!

Totally pointless I would return it if I could Frankly it’s dangerous Blew a 0.03 on this used my friends official police issue and blew 0.098 if I’d of taken this seriously I’d of been over the limit and arrested it’s not just slightly off it’s a total sham

Very easy to use and the app is really good too.

No facility to tell you how many hours till you are sober like the larger more expensive one. It’s also very fiddly.

The unit shows 0.00 when we tested it, knowing we've had several drinks (it's Christmas, after all) in the proceeding hours. Given its intended purpose, its potentially very dangerous!

I have purchased a few breathalyzers in the past and this one is by far my favorite. There are a few reasons for that, but the size is definitely number one. It is very small, connects to my keychain and does not feel clunky when in my pocket. This allows me to have it with me at all times as opposed to sitting on my counter when I am out and would like to use it. As far as the product itself... it came in very nice packaging and included a AAA battery, a user manual and three mouth pieces so you can change them between uses. There are two ways to use the product - stand alone mode and app mode. You can toggle between these two modes by holding the power button down for about 10 seconds. When in stand alone mode, you hold the power button down until it turns on and then release. There is a 5 second countdown and then it instructs you to blow. While you blow, the product beeps. When you are done, the product stops beeping and makes a clicking noise prompting you to stop. It takes about 10 seconds to calculate and then gives you a reading. App mode works almost the exact same way. You simply download the BACtrack app and when you open the app and turn on the breathalyzer it will automatically pair. The only difference is that you will control everything through your phone. There are a few extra touches when using the app. For example, it will give you an estimation of how long until you are alcohol free, explain the effects of alcohol at your current BAC and shows a graph off the BAC level of all users currently testing. There is also a way to share your readings with friends and some other social media related functions but I did not use any of these. In terms of accuracy, the product seems to be excellent. I of course have no way of testing this, however, the readings seem very consistent over multiple uses and multiple users. You do need to wait about 15 minutes after you last drink to get a truly accurate reading. I tried a few times to test immediately after a drink, or within a few minutes after a drink, and the residual alcohol on my breath caused an abnormally high reading. All in all this is a fantastic product. This is the fourth breathalyzer I have purchased in my life and, as I said before, this is definitely my favorite. Highly recommended.

Piccolo e di ottima portabilità. Volendo anche al portachiavi ma si rischia di graffiare lo schermo. Pare funzionare molto bene. Ottima anche la funzionalità tramite App dedicata gratuita. Il prezzo è un po’ alto ma se ciò serve a salvare la patente ed evitare incidenti la spesa può valerne la pena.

J'étais un peu sceptique sur la fiabilité de cet appareil, mais les résultats sont incroyables ! Je l'ai testé de façon intensive sur plusieurs soirées et les taux étaient tous cohérents ! Il faut simplement penser à attendre 20 minutes sans manger ni boire. Notez qu'il est possible de mettre le taux calculé à la norme française (mg/l), mais pour ça il faut passer par l'appli (heureusement, pas besoin de le faire à chaque fois). L'appli permet aussi de connaitre l'heure où l'on redeviendra sobre, et offre des statistiques diverses plus ou moins inutiles sur notre consommation.
