I don't know why some reviews are negative. This is by far the best pill organizer. Yes, the whole case may not fit in a purse but it is perfect for people who take medications that can't be taken together. It says medium but one compartment will hold a potassium table, fish oil and another tablet with room to spare. See the first picture. The second picture is a potassium tablet and a calcium chewable tablet. The third picture is the case they come in. I love the case too. It snaps close so you don't have to worry about the pill holders falling out.. It is so much easier to keep track of my medication and what I can take with what and what medications need to be taken 1 to 2 hours apart. Love this organizer. E-pill is the best.

Bought these to help my mom and her health aides stay organized. Great product. I love that they can take the day on the go with them and not worry about taking a huge case or leaving pills behind. I bought separate stickers to label each compartment and it’s works like a charm. Plus my mom thinks it looks cheery. Better than others for sure

This product has been a life saver. Instead of every morning filling little pill cases, once a week I fill everything and know what day and what medication I'm taking.

I love this product. Once you get the hang of loading your Each day has 7 compartments for your various pills to be taken throughout the day. It is well built and travels well too. I have tried a number of different pill organizers found at Rite Aid and they were all a waste of money compared to this one. It costs more to begin with, but you don't have to keep buying a different organizer. If I were to get a bit critical I would say each of the compartments could be a little bit larger, to accommodate larger pills or more pills per compartment. It has not been a problem, but I "almost" max out 2 of the time slots. If my doc's prescribe any more drugs for those time slots it might be a bit tight. But other than that, this thing works great!

Overall size is pretty big, each compartment is nice and big. Has a sturdy case to keep and carry it in. The compartments are numbered one to seven, which is nice, but the day of the week is show on the end of each section, which I didn't even notice for the first couple weeks of use!. Was not expecting it there. Not really visible until I remove the section from the case. If every day were identical, might not matter. But every day is not. That is one reason why extra compartments come in handy. Overall, I am glad I bought it, helps me ensure I don't fail to take medications that didn't fit in previous organizers that had only four compartments. I can't always put different meds in the same compartment, as some should not be taken together, and I need to ensure they are kept separate.

As a person living with Parkinson's disease for 13 years, I am constantly taking small amounts of medication 7x/day. This 7-times-a-day pill pack actually meets my needs. Plus, the entire week's supply fits into a hard, secure case with secure clips. That makes it perfect for travel. When not traveling, I transfer a single day's 7-slot container into a small zippered case for security (also purchased on Amazon.) Yes, it's rather expensive, but it was a great purchase for me. Makes my care partner's weekly set-up of my medication so much easier. If you need it, it's great!

Bought for my mother who has Parkinsons and other illnesses which meant tablets were taken at meal times, but also other specific times of the day. This set of boxes worked well because it had enough segments for all her different times.

I disliked the price. It was still very expensive even though the price had been reduced. I bought it anyway because I really needed a pill container for a week that had more than 4 compartments per day and this was the only one I could find.
