Very light
Excellent, very light with good grip. Already completed over 20 miles trail running. Comfortable.

This is a great make, and very good value
I have a number of Merrell trainers/walking shoes, so the fit was as expected. This is a great make, and very good value.

in my case not a great fit
light weight and tough, fit not ideal however - blisters persistently on inner arch of foot as outer rubber imposes on steps. Never had this issue with other Merrells and consider my feet of normal shape so a bit disappointed. Lesson leant not to buy shoes over the internet maybe.

Disappointing. Torn webbing but NO TOUGH TERRAIN and zero MUD!
Really disappointing. 1st pair arrived. 1st run crippled me across both foot arches. It was as if both had an iron bar across the place where they bend. I am a regular runner, very light on my feet - never had that problem before. Sent them back. Got a replacement pair. Bearing in mind they are called "Tough Mudder", you would expect them to be very robust. Now, 6 months later, after NO really rough ground and zero mud, one has torn webbing in 3 places, and my foot now slides across to the rim so completely unuseable. I've calculated I have run 300 miles ALL on sandy, flat, dry trailways. No scree, boulders, and NO mud or even wet conditions such as running through streams. The soles are in perfect condition with little wear. SO DISAPPOINTING as this second pair were really comfy. I shall not risk this brand again. See photos.

honestly the best pair ive worn
honestly the best pair ive worn. perfect if you like something light weight and not so clumsy on your feet. brilliant drainage. I've done some messy OCR's in these and chucked them straight in the wash and the come up immaculate!!!! brilliant!!!!

Nice trainers, but feels like the sides are cutting into feet. Not wide enough.
