Here we are having one such TWS earbuds under ₹ 1000 and some usable features, let's see these in details Inside the Box a. Syvo bass TWS earbuds b. Extra pair of earbuds c. Micro USB-B cable for charging d. User Manual e. Warranty card f. Feedback card Let's talk about the pros and cons of these earbuds in detail. 1. Build quality (4/5)Build quality is good if not best as you cannot get everything for just 1000 rupees but still it is a usable device and will last longer if handle carefully.2.Sound quality (4/5)Sound quality is good and usable and you will no find anything better at this price point. 3.Deep bass. (4.5/5)The bass is deep and punching and will work great only if you have the right type of earbuds and good fitting. 4.Noise Isolation (4/5)Noise isolation is good and gives you 60% of noise isolation and will work great only if you have the right type of earbuds. 5. Button response (4/5)The button response is great as you can control media without touching your phone but you cannot change the volume using these. 6. Call Quality (4/5)The call quality is usable in indoor but not great for outdoor, so you need to choose accordingly. 7. Connectivity and Comfortability (4.5/5)There is no issue in connectivity as it has Bluetooth 5.0 and has even 20 metres of range in outdoors and in indoor will work without any doubt between two rooms or so.Comfortability is also good though I don't like the bigger bulky part still you can go with it for the price point and will not fall easily during the workout. 8. Battery life and charging (5/5)The battery life is good comparing to the price point and will last for 3 -3.5 hrs without any doubt. Dust and water-resistant rating (4.5/5)They have mentioned water-resistant on the box I tried to drop a few drops and kept it for an hour or so and there was no issue maybe work fine for you also. 10. I have submitted the replacement claim request on the Syvo official portal. Its been 3 days with no response from them. I even tried calling the number that was available on their site but never connected.The product is good. Failure of any electronic gadget is also acceptable, but not responding to the customer is something really wrong.
