Fixed "P0106" Code
Perfect replacement for my base-model 2013 VW Golf's MAP sensor with ~110K mi. She started throwing a P0106 code which came back every 2-3 days of daily driving after using a scan tool to reset the code. After the MAP sensor replacement and a final code reset, no more check engine light since mid Feb '25 with daily driving. Hopefully your car troubles are this easy to fix too.

Ecu may need reprogrammed after replacing this part
Used in 2012 VW Jetta 2.5 se, worked but not until I had the ecu reprogrammed. I’m not a mechanic, watched some youtube vids and figured I could make this repair. Had a check engine light, went to autozone and had the code read. Came back map sensor. After I replaced the map the car started throwing a bunch of different codes, “lean at idle”, o2 sensor, ect. Took it to a local shop, told me it was ecu. Although this shop was unable to do the actual reprogramming, they are “friendly” with local vw dealership and took it over for me. Cost me $100 to reprogram. car runs like new now. Guys at local shop said when they replace the map sensor they take it to dealership to be reprogrammed as well. I didnt read that anywhere, or see it in any vids before I made the repair. Car ran terrible until I had it done. So, I would check price of reprogramming ecu before deciding to replace this part yourself............

Correct fit for Jetta 2.5L
The part fits the Jetta 2.5L 2011 and has resolved the MAP failure code and cleared the Check Engine light. Installation requires Torx 30, 27 and 25 to clear up the area of the sensor, takes around 45min (or 15min if you've done it before).

I saw MAP sensors for our car at 5x the price I paid for this... but this works perfectly.
This is not as easy to install as i marked BUT - the unit itself is easy to install, but hard to get to. There is one screw and it snaps right in place once you have the throttle body off (2.5L VW 5 cylinder engine). It was a 15 minute repair if you take out the fumbling from looking at sketchy repair manuals and videos. I'm glad I saved a ton of money by getting this Bosch unit (quality) and doing it myself.

Replaces OEM 0-261-230-235
It was hard to cross reference but this DOES replace the 0-261-230-235 MAP (rear) sensor on the 2014 Audi Q5 3.0T. There are 3 similar sensors on the Q5, one on each side of the supercharger and one on the back of it. The local dealer said they stock and sell a lot of this (rear) sensor and do not order many or stock the other two sensors, suggesting if you are unsure, like I was, start by replacing this sensor. In my coding tool it shows up as a turbo sensor which include 3 sensors on the Audio 3.0 T Supercharged. It was micro surgery getting my hand in there and had to work blind but problem solved!
