Beautiful pastel archival ink
This product has been on my wishlist for a while. Bought these on a deal too good to pass up! Recently, I've been exploring ink and wash with colors outside the usual range of gray, sepia, black. Pens look and feel wonderful in your hand. A premium luxury feel. The flow of ink is juicy and smooth. Odorless ink dries quickly. Four of the pastel pens are a true pastel - very light ink. The green and coral pens would be categorized as more of a mid-range value. Haven't had them long enough to say, but I feel like I will get a lot of use from these pens. The brush tip is stunning, but I can only evaluate the fine nib side for my purposes. The only drawback I could find, which could be a benefit to some users, is difficulty to remove the caps for users with dexterity or pain issues. Brush side is easier, but fine nib side cap could prove impossible to remove for some. Obviously, this is to ensure pens last for a long time, but this is an issue that will continue to effect me personally as I age, and is worth mentioning in this review. Absolutely beautiful pens! I'm excited to try the other varieties.

More intense than pastel
These are really nice markers with a good, predictable brush tip. I've used several brands of brush markers and these have the best tip in my opinion. It's not too firm but not so pliable that it mushes and makes unwanted marks. None of them have splits in the tip. The lines are clean. The colors are pretty but not exactly what I would expect from a set labeled "pastel." Two are vibrant and deep, and the pink is almost fluorescent. They also don't coordinate with each other super well in my opinion, which is important to me, especially in a set that costs this much. They should go together. The green, pink and orange seem like they're from a totally different set. I expected them to have colors like you see in a set of Mildliners, because that's what I think of when I hear "pastel." But three of these are much more intense than that. They're pretty but they won't work for accents and highlighting in a planner which is what I wanted them for. They'd be good for lettering on cover pages or month dividers though. I included a photo of two lines from each marker. The yellow is totally wrong (it's WAY too intense and I couldn't fix it) and the others aren't perfect but they are very close. The green is a bit darker in person. The lid colors are really misleading. In person, the purple and blue are lovely watery colors like you'd expect from the lids, and I wish the rest were more like those two. The yellow is faint and in poor lighting I almost can't see it on cream paper, but at least it's actually a pastel color!

Very good quality markers with beautiful colors
I ordered this set for my husband who recently developed his interest and skills in art. He creates portraits using oil pastel but started using these markers and finds them easy to control. The markers have no scent, are acid-free, lightfast, waterproof, and do not bleed. The colors in our set are pastel, which are lovely.

Very pale colors, very blendable, very good with water.
I wish there would be more colors to choose from. These are the best I have used so far. They work perfectly on wet, on dry surfaces, easily blended with water after applying to dry surface. I ordered Hethrone Watercolor Markers from Amazon previously and they have lots of colors to choose from, but harder to blend and they don't work on wet surface. The Dingbats Atopens are very easy to use and the colors are true pastel.

Quality markers.
I wanted these markers because I've gotten into art lately. You receive 6 pastel colors, although I find the colors to be true to their description, especially in terms of being true pastels. I tend to use the brush pen the most. I love how that feels when I'm coloring something in.

Have to hold horizontally, even when writing with them for the fine points to work
I ordered these Dingbats Atopen 6-pack Dual Tip Fineliner/Brush Pens for Calligraphy and Art Drawings (Pastel Set) for review. I asked my wife for her insight as she has multiple sets of dual tip markers and loves trying new products. Pluses: * The brush tips work well with a broad stroke * They have both the brush tip and fine point * The did not bleed through any paper that she used * The caps seal tightly * There is no noticeable smell * They are water based, so they will blend Cons: * The coral is not really a pastel, it is more hot pink * The fine liners do not write at all or as if they are dried up if you do not hold them up horizontally to write with them. My wife likes to write or draw with a slant, so these markers did not work well for her * For the over $20 price, you only get 6 Markers, way to spendy in my wife's book. Especially since they are a bit difficult to use * They seem to dry out quickly when using them, again this may be the slant issue Overall, these markers' quality in my wife's opinion, just do not live up to the higher price tag. She has several other sets at the same price point but 3-4 times the markers and overall better quality.

Ottimi
Bellissimi colori e facili da usare . Effettivamente non trapassano il foglio delle dingbats. Mai piรน senza. Ho comprato i colori pastello. Ne avevo provati parecchio, ma questi sono gli unici che mi hanno convinto

Pretty spring colours; ink flows well; store on the side!
The pretty pastel colours of these dual-ended markers are just perfect for spring. I've been using them to decorate some spring papercraft projects and I am very happy with how they are working. One end is a nice fineliner which I'm using to draw fine lines and colour in small spaces. The other end is a brush tip with a bit of give to it, so I'm able to vary line thickness and get a bunch of different looks. I've used these on a few different types of paper (copy paper, a couple of brands of cardstock, watercolour paper), and I have seen no feathering. The colour did shadow a bit on copy paper, but that is just because the paper is very thin. As stated on the package, these markers should be stored on their side. That ensures that both ends of the marker get the proper supply of ink and are ready to use when you want them. I've had no issues whatsoever with either end running out of ink. These markers perform very well.
