This Tuning unit is to slowly remap your ecm, so don't think that if you just plug it in, its going to make a difference..as an ASE certified Advanced Engine Specialist I use these types of products all the time. In fact, you can buy a Very well known jetty type brand here on Amazon, and essentially this is the same unit for a small fraction of the price, I suggest using an engine diagnostic tool "reader" to clear out and reset your ecu, / ecm before using it. this way you start off with a clean initial reading from the Nitro unit.. Now, remember, this reads your ecu's functions about 50 miles at a time, so if you want the cars best performance out of this unit, You need to drive your car for performance, make sure your pushing your cars ecu to the point of it advancing the timing, and sending more fuel, etc.. then this remapper does its job the best.. it will read your driving habits "and if your looking for more performance" then drive it like it.. Youll get the most out of the unit.. anyone who is stating that they just plugged it in and Wow they saw a huge difference? well, I think that is most likely in there head.. or maybe they just did a good tuneup before they installed.. I have done this on a 2005 Honda Accord fairly well modified with performance cams, and a much larger exhaust diameter, cold air intake, and some more mods, including Nitrous Oxide.. be careful when using a chip like this with NOS .. it will change the timing advance curve to get you more torque off the line, and it seems to do it well.. so, if you using nitrous, either unplug the unit before using it, or use a much cooler spark plug to slow or stop your pre detonation.. there is one brand of Nitrous in particular that sells there own actual NOS or Turbo Spark Plugs right here on Amazon.. I have tested them and they run great.. and they seem to keep it from leaning out and predetonating even with this unit.. for obvious reason I cant state the company however, I can say that the z brand type plugs work the best.. So, enjoy your unit, it will definitely work .. I have run a Dyno test on the vehicle after the unit did its work and it got an actual 13 hp "to the ground" or WHP with this unit..
