what flash strobe does this work with ? tried it with godox ms300 and cant get it to work

Hi Thanks for your queries. In term of fitting, Please ensure you ahve selected Bowens S fit. For optimum result, we would suggest to use at least 500Ws and above flash. The MK2 version has better light efficacy (2/3 stop) i would suggest to go with this option if you are planning to use with MS300.
