Wonderful tasting coffee!

this is by far the best texas pecan roast. very aromatic and the fact that it has pecan pieces in it, makes it even better.

I found this while looking for a coffee with actual pecans in it, not just flavoring. The coffee arrived the day after I ordered it, and I tried it the next day. The coffee smells amazing, in the bag, while grinding, and in the cup. I always use half and half in my coffee, and usually put sugar in, especially if I find there is any bitter taste, but this tastes very good with no sugar. It has become my favorite coffee. I will definitely buy this again.

Great Coffee

We have been buying this coffee for years. We love it. However the most recent purchase came in different packaging, and does not have the same look, taste, and smell. In the past orders, the chucks of pecan were visible and obvious. This one, we did not see the pecans. This last one is also more bitter. I hope this was a mistake in packaging or shipping. I hope they did not change our favorite coffee.

This was my daily coffee for the last 5-10 years. No cream, no sugar, just really great coffee. Recently the beans have changed. The beans no longer have pecans as they always had and the beans have been maybe chemically sprayed with flavor? This coffee historically has always had a very pleasant brewing smell, but this last bag smelled burnt? I actually opened my coffee maker to make sure something wasn’t burning. I don’t know how to explain it. So disappointing and I guess I need to find a new coffee bean. Possibly it’s still the same Texas pecan roast if you can find it at the bulk bins at Central Market but whatever is being shipped by Amazon is not good and not worth it.
