Is this really safe for stainless steel griddles?

Yes, it's perfect on stainless. I have a Blaze 30" Built-in Stainless Griddle and it took my cooktop from caked on brown to shiny stainless in about 3 minutes.

How much product do you use per application? Also, will this remove sticky residue from cookie sheets?

2 OZ is recommended but you can't leave on past 2 mins. i never used it on anything but the griddle.

Can I use this on a non-stick griddle?
