I liked the hot spicy flavor it gives my food. But be careful. Too much can be a problem.

Spicy spice right. Really though it's very spicy and unless years of (whatever) killed your taste buds, don't over do it.

I was disappointed because it has a smoked flavor and it gives me heartburn. I have gotten hot pepper powder before without a smoked flavor. It is hot...but the smoked flavor is not for me. I don't remember it stating it was smoked or had an added smoked flavor.

I have been using this at my restaurant for the past 6 months. Customers love the flavor. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a true hot chili pepper this is the one for you. However, not recommended for the average person. Even those of us that think the hot peppers that are avalible in the stores are like sweet peppers, we still only use very small amounts of this pepper to make dishes very hot to us. Few warnings though, do not get on skin, or in face it will hurt you a lot. Best used with eye protection, good venting, and gloves. If you get it on your skin wash it off as quickly as possible. If in face, flush with lots of water and seek medical help.

Great product! The powder is easy to use and still has the wonderful taste of the pepper!

Excellent heat though it has a bit too much smoke for my taste. Just a little dab will do ya when it comes to the heat. If you use too much the smoke flavor can be a bit overwhelming.
