There are two square tubes that protrude and when I was doing leg lifts they punched two holes through my drywall. The instructions say nothing about this possibly happening. Being a handy person I can fix the wall. You need to add additional plywood or something to support the weight. First, my box was missing one of the 4 mounting hooks, though the seller was very responsive and willing to send more (took a couple weeks but still very please with their resolution). I mounted to 1x4 pine boards over drywall to improve sturdiness, this is a must if you plan to install to drywall. You can see I added some little pine squares on the side too so holes don’t get punctured in drywall like someone else warned about. If you’re a DIYer and have the right tools, you’ll have no issues if you take your time and do it right. Wife and I are below 180 lbs and this feels safe in all positions. The paint quickly chipped off on the hook where we added the TRX style hooks, but just cosmetic. After opening the package and inspection of the contents. It is what is advertised. A durable product but along with other reviews mounting the product on the wall was a concern. Only drywall mounting hardware is included. I immediately purchased concrete anchors and screws appropriately for mounting to brick or a basement wall. Interesting I noticed one bracket missing upon 1 email sent to customer service provided. I received in less than 24 hours a response and an action plan for correction. They did not have a single component replacement option so they replaced my entire purchase immediately. Good to know companies back their product with real promises.
