How much is it suppose to burn or get hot?

Hi Ricardo, Thermo_Active Hot Gel contains effective ingredients that generate heat, necessary for the mobilization and elimination of excess BODY FAT. Penetrating heat produces an internal effect in the body that causes the breakdown of FAT CELLS. Some body skin types are more receptive than others, I personality use it and LOVE IT!!

Can I use while I work out?

I never tried to use this product while working out. First of all, it has a horrible odor, and second if you are just using it, it doesn't work. I would not recommend purchasing it at all. I wasted my money on this.

Can this be used on the nose?

I would not recommend it. Definitely has a burning or hot sensation. Works excellent on the waist and tummy area. I also use on the back of my legs and bum.
