Review: This really works well. - So this was a longshot. I have a hair dryer with a diffuser. Every time I use it the diffuser goes flying off. It's hot where it clips on. So I tried a bead of this glue and the diffuser is now permanently glued to the hair dryer and will not come off. It was the PERFECT glue for this application. It would be good for anywhere you need glue that gets hot -- like a stove gasket. Great product. Would this work to glue it back in?** A: Be careful of sealant giving off toxic fumes the first few times you use it. Try heating up the oven 2-3 times before actually placing food inside that could absorb the toxic off-gasses. **Q: Would this be a good product for sealing a crack in a dishwasher liner?** A: Yes- I did this, along with filling in a gap on the dishwasher door gasket (which was ultimately replaced). Worked great! Be sure to clean the surface and rough it up a little (a bit of sandpaper, then clean the sandpaper dust off before application of the RTV). Used it a few years ago- is still sealed; all is well. **Q: Can I use it to glue shower mirror to tile in my shower** A: I wouldn't use it for that purpose myself. I qouls suggest an industrial caulking-type adhesive such as Loctite or Tough As Nails. **Q: Can you remove it if needed?** A: Believe the instructions are on the back side of the package.
