    Great low security lock!

Let me first say that this is not a high security lock.  It was never intended to be though, it is constructed of aluminum which is very easy to saw through. However, the average thief would probably never guess that it is made of a softer metal.  Plain and simple this is a very effective daytime lock. The best part is it's light weight, you can easily stuff it in your back pocket and not be slowed down at all. I also like the crypto keys.  The shipping takes awhile as this lock comes all the way from Japan (although it is manufactured in China).

This bike lock is awesome! Super light and the perfect size to carry in your back pocket.  Only thing, use a black sharpie to color in the "palmy" written on the lock so that it looks like a regular u-lock.

    Wore Down in Less Than 2 Months

It began to wear away in less than 2 months with average daily use. Meaning, it was hard to use the key (the lock began to show ridges) and the horseshoe piece was scratched up. I never roughed it up; 'just locked and unlocked before heading off to class or leaving campus for the day.
