After competing an on line hand reflexology course along with reading numerous books on the subject I decided to purchase this Rainbow hand reflexology acupressure chart from Amazon for a bargain price. This is a very detailed full color chart and shows the left and right hand palm area pressure points by color system. It shows the flush acupressure meridians by body chakra color area. On the back side of this chart it shows the points on the back of the hand and the acupressure meridians by body chakra color area. This chart also shows the specific color code area to treat a vast amount of health issues such as addictions, arthritis, colds, depression, headaches, immune system and other topics. Very informative but confusing at the same time. Since it was a chart, I thought I would be able to learn and know quickly but I needed to read my book to know what I wad even looking at. Now, I love it! PERFECT for quick reference and hope to save money and to my own acupuncture and acupressure!
