I have tried ubiquity open mesh and these worked way better than both. They introduced them before they were ready but a few firmware updates later they are rock solid. ### ⭐ We attempted to configure the AP's and they would not ... *by C***W on March 26, 2018* We attempted to configure the AP's and they would not register with the Ruckus Cloud. Called Ruckus and they were unable to assist, and said the AP's were defective. Because its past 30 days from the date of purchase on Amazon, I cannot return them. Contacting Prime to see if they will take them back... ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good for the Home - Not Ready for Commercial Prime Time *by U***D on December 10, 2014* Great Unit and Sexy As Heck !!Pros:- It is fast and reliable- It carries the commercial backing of one of the worlds best companies Ruckus Wireless.- Looks great mounted to a ceiling- Zero hand-off function works great!- Client Isolation feature works great!- Price Point is Great !- Radio Broadcast Range @ 2.4ghz is comparable to the new Linksys WRT1900 Routers- Good coverage within a 4750 s ft residence.Cons:- Not easy to setup- Needed to reset the units (3) times before I was able to get the system to function- You really need to be savvy with respects to managing access points and the app that goes with it.- Mobile App setup only - No Web Based Access to the unit.- No Gateway for guest access- No Captive Portal for use in a cafe, office guest or hotel environment- Only primary SSID is used - with or without password.- Mounting option is limited to (2) screws and a ceiling grid mounting option.Needs better mounting option.- Do not see this being used much in a commercial environment- There is a built-in mount only to attach to a commercial drop ceiling grid TBar- The app crashed on me (3) times (running ios8 Dec 2014 on iPhone 5s)- I will keep the (3) units up an running for now.
