Serrano Ham Cured Boneless with Ham Stand & Knife - Spanish Jamon Serrano Jamonprive - Approx. 2.2 lb or 1 Kg - GMO Free and Gluten Free

We live in Arizona, so I was a bit scared to order it at the end of August. It came promptly and was absolutely devine!! I will definitely order it again. Covered the cut edge with the fat we trimmed off, wrapped it in paper towels, and used plastic wrap to seal. Two weeks and still slicing delicious pieces.

The flavor was okay but it was so hard that I couldn't be cut even with a razor harder than beef jerky to top it off the ham split on a very thin seam of fat in the three different pieces made it virtually impossible to cut for the price not worth it at all never order it again the very sharp knife and bored it came with very cheap in both appearance and build flavor was okay from what I could cut off of it but it was way way too hard even my dog had a hard time chewing a piece after it broke off $79 piece of beef jerky that wasn't even beef and wasn't even chewable like I said never buy it again

I have ordered a few of these, love the ham. I would cut it out of the place it comes in and wrap it in paper towel for a bit to take up some of the moisture. I had it on the counter and forgot to put it away, left for the store came back and my herd of dogs didn't greet me at the door. Walked in and they didn't even bark, It though for a minute someone broke into my house when I realized I left it on the counter. I quickly looked over and it was gone. There on the floor 1/4 was gone with teeth marks, I picked it up washed it off and cut out the chewed up parts and put the rest in the frig...

Well it wasn't bad for a serrano it just wasn't the best thing ever had I still have a little piece left if you cut it really really thin it's your best bet it was pretty good a little bit too much salt but good but I've had better

It was a bit dry, and because it is not jamon de bellota it was really not a great value for the price, put it tasted good

Delicious! I love that I can get my favorite Spanish food ordered. The little knife with it is actually pretty sharp! Be careful!

We've purchased this product before so we were surprised and disappointed when this one looked and tasted nothing like the previous one. This did not taste good, was tough and rubbery, and the knife wasn't even sharp enough to properly cut it. We ended up throwing it away as there was no way to ask for a replacement or return it. It was a total waste of our money. We had planned to gift it to several people as we enjoyed the previous one so much, and we were totally embarrassed when we took this to a party. We basically threw away $87.00.
