Treat yourself to this sturdy Kitchen Tool
It's called a hamburger turner. But seriously it is good for serving so many other things: Lasagna, Brownies, Cake, Pizza, French Toast, Salmon Patties, Corn Bread, and so many other things. The list is endless. This tool is well made and sturdy. The beveled edge gives it a good capacity to cut and then serve. I use it often.

Great for the grill out cast iron skillets
This is my favorite spatula to use on the grill or in my cast iron skillet. Feels durable and high quality. It’s not flexible, which is fine for me. The tapered edge is great.

It's going to rust if you don't care for it properly !!!! The handle will loosen if dishwasered !!
Just received this "hamburger smasher" turner and I am impressed with the quality. I always read the negative reviews first and couldn't believe the idiocy of some. 1. "The handle is loose". This or any wooden handled kitchen piece cannot be washed in a dishwasher. It ruins the wood. 2. "It rusts". Here's some info on stainless, "As for whether they are magnetic, the answer is that it depends. There are several families of stainless steels with different physical properties. A basic stainless steel has a 'ferritic' structure and is magnetic. These are formed from the addition of chromium and can be hardened through the addition of carbon (making them 'martensitic') and are often used in cutlery. However, the most common stainless steels are 'austenitic' - these have a higher chromium content and nickel is also added. It is the nickel which modifies the physical structure of the steel and makes it non-magnetic". This piece is magnetic so it does not have as much chromium as other types of stainless. It will rust - but not in my house because I take care of my utensils. Never have any of my knives been subject to a dish washer - other than a manual dishwasher person. 3. "It is too stiff to lift eggs". It's supposed to be stiff. It's advertised as " for "smash burger spatula". Don't people read before they buy? I sharpened the front edge and oiled the handle before use. I must say that whatever grade of stainless WINCO used - it's tough. Took a long time to sharpen. Maybe the lesser amount of chromium adds to it's stiffness. I don't know. What I can tell you is that for $5.71 and minus $1 because of my shipping choice = $4.71 for this scraper is a bargain.

Heavy duty flipper does a great job at the grill
I bought this inexpensive hamburger turner at the recommendation of a major news provider and can confirm it is a bargain. This is made of very heavy gauge stainless steel that can stand up to any flipping or scraping job without any flexing. The edges are beveled thin allowing for easy pickup of even adherent meats from the grates. At first, I thought the handle might be a little short, but after using it several times, I like the control and leverage that the shorter handle provides and it's plenty long enough to avoid the hot grill. It washes up easily, although with the wooden handle, I avoid putting it in the dishwasher. I think this is my favorite grilling accessory.

This works fine.
it seems very sturdy and durable, I just wish it had more flex as the metal is very stiff.

Stop debating and just buy this one
Sometimes I am a bit leery of the Winco kitchen products because I know that you can get what you pay for, but I was legitimately surprised by the quality of this spatula when I received it. The metal is nice and thick and sturdy, so it won't bend at all, which is what I wanted. I planned on using this to make smash burgers, and it worked beautifully! I took a 2nd sturdy item on top of the spatula to help me smash down with good force. You could just use the spatula by itself, but it'l be a lot harder and you won't get the kind of leverage that you would with using a 2nd hand+dowel. The other thing that is great about this is the edges a nice and beveled to a nice "sharp" edge. Not sharp enough to slice anything, but great at getting underneath that crust on some burger patties and flipping a beautiful smash burger. I wouldn't hesitate to buy several more of these in the future. Winco, you're winning me over.

This is amazing and stainless steel does rust
I don't know who told some of the people stainless steel doesn't rust but that's silly. It is rust resistant but depending on the quality of the stainless steel and conditions it can and will rust. So I have used this for one cook and it's amazing I don't know what the person complaining about the corners bending did, but I flipped this over and used it to scrape the griddle. If it turns to a pile of rust I will update and I hate to put the price so let's say for $5 it's hard to beat. *Edit 7-6-2-2023 I have had this for months now and you could go to war with this thing, I have left it in water overnight, I knocked it off the magnetic holder and it fell under the grill and laid there all night, I left it on the grill all covered in crud, zero rust. The water did make the wood handle feel a bit rough so if you want to toss it in your sink full of water and leave it you might want to give the handle a little clear coat (lol) but it's soild.

fantastic flipper, hefty, helpful tool, great value
The "Winco TN719 Blade Hamburger Turner, 6-Inch by 3-Inch" is a solid, well-made kitchen tool. The large flipper size is great for turning omelets, steaks. fish, pancakes and other foods. The wooden handle allows a good grip and stays cool. I use my cast iron skillets a lot for preparing a variety of dishes, and this is the perfect spatula for metal pans or grills. The shape and construction of the tool is also great for cutting and serving foods such as lasagna, casseroles, brownies, and marshmallow cereal treats directly from the pan. It is easy to clean, and I use it almost every day. Excellemt value for the price.

Came slightly damaged. I used my knife sharpener to home where the damaged sharp edges were. Other than that it's as expected. I was surprised to see a made in China stamp, must have escaped my notice when reading the description.

You may only use it if you have a giant flat frying pan and cook like a professional teriyak chef in a restaurant. The size is too big and hard to fit in my usual frying pan. However, the quantity is consider good as it is quite heavy as well.

Bought as a gift for my husband. First time he used it he told me it was the best one he’s ever tried. It’s sturdy, solid and the blade is a great size.
