Adjustable grips
I like them because as your strength increases you can just turn them up. I find the springs break after several months, but because of the very reasonable price, replacing them is not a problem. I have very large hands and these are comfortable for me to use so these would be good for any size of hand. They are not hard on your hands because of the rubber strip down the finger grip. These are far more comfortable than the ones with wood or metal grips.
