Wonderful binder!!
I'm sharing this review on the day this binder arrived, but wow!! After umbilical hernia surgery 7 weeks ago, and wearing the binder I was given in the hospital all this time, this feels SO MUCH BETTER!! I wish I bought this sooner!! I'm not sure of it's lasting power, as that's clearly yet to be determined, but the one from the hospital started falling apart after a week or two. I just kept making it work until I couldn't at all. This is soft, but I definitely feel supported and held in well. I'll see how long this will last, but it's so comfortable I won't need to keep adjusting it, therefore wearing out the fabric the velcro sticks to. Great price for something that everyone knows isn't really made to last forever. If I change my mind, I'll edit this post. Honest reviews are so helpful, especially with something like this!

Worth the money
I had abdominal surgery and the binder the hospital gave me is too wide. I'm short waisted so the 12 inch rolled and bunched up. This 9 inch one is perfect and it's the same brand the hospital uses. It's very supportive and the Velcro holds well. The price was great compared to lesser quality ones. Highly recommend

Great For Lipoedema and Lymphedema Relief
This compression garment, which I wear against my skin underneath my clothes, is comfortable and stretchy enough to be easy to put on and take off. I fasten the velcro strip on the garment to the size I want it to be, and then step into it and pull it up over my hips to the location where I want it before getting dressed in the morning. For the price, it does the job it's supposed to do well. However, I have noticed that the compression belt is puckering where the velcro has attached to it, and I'm not sure if the garment will last very long because of this. Time will tell, but for now, it is working as it should to help reduce the fluid retention in my stomach, upper hips and upper butt area. I have a different brand of this type of compression belt that is more durable, but it is made of several bands of elastic and it creates uncomfortable folds at my waistline. I am happy that this one does not do that and it stays put better.

Perfect for hysterectomy recovery
This binder has been great for my recovery from a hysterectomy. I started using it on day 3 to support my stomach and (hopefully) decrease the gas that was injected at time of surgery and it has done just that. The part that covers your abdomen doesn’t have any stitching so there’s nothing digging in to your incisions (you put it on over your clothing). I did a ton of research on what I would need post op and this is a major one! I wear a size 12 jean and ordered the 45-62”.

Not the compression I was hoping to find
I received a new clean product. I purchased one too big thinking it would squeeze me too tight, but I should have gotten the one size down. It does adjust and cling smaller. It just doesn't seem like really strong elastic, like it's not binding enough for me, which makes me think I should have ordered smaller. It is comfortable and I do feel relief using it though I think I was hoping for more compression than what it provides. It is wide enough and doesn't shift. I might have to go to control top pantyhose to get the compression I was hoping to find. This product does seem well made. I needed it for compression for a decades old appendectomy surgery irritated by lymphedema, but it might be perfect for something else.

Comfy
This is the most comfortable garment I got. The elastic does get fuzzy each time you use it because of the velcro pulling at the fibers, but that’s to be expected. My one real complaint is that the spot I pulled I pulled it to shrunk after pulling it there day after day. That’s a problem because then there’s not enough fabric for the Velcro to latch onto and I sticks out onto your skin. To combat that I’d just tuck in a little triangle of the Velcro’d side. It stuck out a little but not super noticeable if you cover it with your pants waistband.

No support - ask for an extra before you leave the hospital!!
I got the for home after my c-section. It is so much worse than the one from the hospital. Not supportive at all and the seamed edges make it difficult to sit down without it digging in and cause more pain.

Worked amazing after tummy tuck surgery
After tummy tuck surgery, the surgeon gave me a binder to wear, but after a couple days of leaking and getting blood, I decided to order a replacement to have a back up while I was washing them. I had another clean one to use. I bought this one and it was exactly just like the one my surgeon gave me very strong support. Good strong Velcro. Very good quality material, highly recommended
