**Q: Do these work ok concrete?**
A: They would get chewed up very fast they are plastic and one side cloth

**Q: Would the printed workout rub off over time if used on a wooden floor?**
A: Hi iv even using  them for 12 weeks every day and my laminate flooring is OK no problem s hope that answers your question ps straps are  very good tho but you don't need them

**Q: How do you request the PDF with exercises?**
A: Look it up online. It’s as good as any other instruction. Watching the video is better than written pdf I believe

**Q: What’s the difference between the red & black Velcro straps?**
A: This is the worst product I have ever bought from amazon. The straps just don't secure your feet on the slider. Poor quality
