This AZMED Maternity Belt has been an absolute lifesaver during my pregnancy! I'm currently in my third trimester, and the back pain and pelvic pressure had become almost unbearable. The basics and the only one Ive found that works wonders! I started needing this around 3 months pregnant because of the excruciating hip and lower back pain and this was recommended to me by my OBGYN. Changed my life working a job that requires me to be on my feet and absolutely relived the pelvic pressure I was feeling terribly with such a low baby. Don't wait to purchase- this isn't just for people who are nearly due. Wish I would have known about it sooner as a first time mom! Great value for money, adjustable fit to grow with you, and great support. Can be challenging to put on yourself since its adjusted from the back to fit tight enough but that is the ONLY flaw.

Fits well and provides great support. It is a little difficult to adjust compared to other belts I've tried with the double pull ties. But once it's on, it's like a much needed hug for the pelvis.

First of all, I wanted to say I didn't get this product as a promotional deal or at any kind of discount. So I have absolutely no emotional or psychological incentive to write a positive review. I was initially a bit skeptical of all the positive reviews, because many of them received the product at a discount in order to write an "unbiased review" later. However, this product really does deserve 5 stars. I'm really impressed with it and glad I took the dive and purchased it. I wanted something I could wear during my current 4th pregnancy as support for my belly while I run, that gives me a little back support, and that supports my abdominal muscles in the hopes it will prevent excessive abdominal muscle separation (after four pregnancies, my abdominal muscles are quite stretched out, I'm sure!) It is extremely comfortable. I have worn plenty of abdominal splints and bands, and this is literally the most comfortable one. It provides just enough compression on my belly that makes me feel secure and supported, but not uncomfortable (and certainly not enough that it would harm baby in any way). It helps my posture when I'm sitting, and does give me a good amount of support while I'm running. I'm 5'5" and 133 pounds in my second trimester, and it fits me comfortably, with plenty of room for adjusting as I get bigger. Since it's one size, and I'm a bit on the smaller side, there is a bit of extra material left over right now, but it doesn't get in the way or make it uncomfortable to wear. It does show a little under clothing, but aside from Spanx (which don't really show at all), it probably shows the least of any "belly binders" that I own or have owned in the past. I've only had it for a short time, but right now I'm extremely impressed and very happy with this purchase.

Disappointed with this purchase. 1. I don’t think it fit the way they intend it to. I can barely fit it around my waist, but when I wear it, there’s just a weird flap 2. Wearing it this way doesn’t really offer me much support, and it just feels like I’m wearing uncomfortable pants. I got this hoping it would help my lower back pain. With that said, the compression could maybe cover more surface area on my back. What I DO like is the pad in the front. It helps with keeping my belly comfortable and the Velcro is strong. I am really just most disappointed with the size and support. Maybe I need to give it more of a chance but I wore it on a walk and my back still hurt; my back actually felt more relief after I took it off.

i personally recommend this for pregnant women, eases back pain and it is easy and comfortable to wear under or over clothes.
